Experience:
Over the past 10+ years, it has been my privilege to help communities by supporting operations in homeless and domestic violence shelters, providing counseling services in both inpatient and outpatient mental health and substance abuse treatment settings, and serving youth in shelter and residential care facilities.
As a mental health counselor, I have specialized training and several years of experience in using a variety of body-centered, cognitive and behavioral interventions.
