Counseling
In my clinical practice, I offer traditional and intensive counseling services to adolescents (ages 15+) and adults using an integrated approach with a variety of body-centered, cognitive and behavioral psychotherapies.
Traditional Counseling
Traditional counseling services provide you with on-going therapeutic care to support you in achieving their overall treatment goals that we develop together.
Intensive Counseling
Full-day intensive services provide you with an opportunity to spend the day processing 1 to 2 specific stressors/ traumas that you may be struggling with. I also walk you through personalized education and skills that help you better understand your body, mind and emotions and support your healing after our time together.

My passion is to encourage local churches and communities in their mental health and Christian faith journey! As a speaker, I share personal testimonies, biblical truths, and mental health tools/ tips that help people along their way.
I understand that God has a story, and I desire to meet each person with grace and truth while sharing who he is and what he has done. I hope to enjoy mutual encouragement with your group soon!
“When we get together, I want to encourage you in your faith, but I also want to be encouraged by yours.” Romans 1:12 NLT
